we have 6 Magnum 2500 hazers and they all have this annoying problem, in which we took it into service for them to update the firmware.
Still not fixed.
it works fine, but after a certain time we have to power reset it, then it works.
I was reading on the old fourm, someone was saying it has something to do with fluid sensing current on the pump,
when it reads low current, ie bubbles forming In the pump, tells it its out of fluid. (Current Drop Fluid sensing)
"When some machines run at very low output levels the pumps sometimes cavitate( tiny pockets of air form inside the pump ) and that causes the electronics to believe the fluid has run out and they stop pumping expecting a new bottle of fluid to be loaded before they work again. This is how sensing of fluid is done by monitoring the current drawn by the pump low current consumption means air in the pump equals empty bottle. When you apply power to the machine it will pump empty for a short period before it times out and waits for a full bottle of fluid."
Is there a FIX, or somehow is it possible to do a inside pcb swap with 24/7's ?
