Hex colour LED fixtures are becoming more and more commonplace. We personally have tons of them.
Quad and 5 colour fixtures have been around for ages.
Is there any chance of getting better support for these in M-PC?
Mainly in the 2D view:
(eg. converting RGBW colour mixing to RGB for the monitor just requires some math, a slight purple haze could represent UV, I'm not sure of the best way to represent amber.. maybe an amber haze?)
And taking advantage of the extra colour channels with some of the pre supplied colour palettes:
eg. different White temperatures by balancing the White and Amber channels and RGBW colour mixing palette for de-saturated colours.
Currently I find myself sometimes wanting to use RGB white instead of pure White if I'm doing some pre-show programming as then I can see what I am doing in the 2D view. This isn't really ideal for my needs!
Cheers for listening to this suggestion
